  • Do you supply cleaning materials and equipment?

    Clean&Clean supplies everything needed for the required cleaning service free of charge. We’ll not try to charge you any additional fees for cleaning materials and equipment.

  • Do you charge extra on weekends and bank holidays?

    Clean&Clean would not charge you extra for bookings on weekends and bank holidays. We work 7 days a week including bank holidays and the price always remains the same.

  • Do you charge VAT or any other additional fees?

    Clean&Clean would not charge you VAT. Thus, the price you are quoted is the price you would pay for the service. No additional fees or hidden costs.

  • Is oven cleaning included?

    Clean&Clean will clean your oven inside and out as part of our End of tenancy Cleaning Service. Further, we’ll clean all other cleaning appliances free of charge.

  • Do you clean windows?

    Internal window cleaning is included, but we can also clean your windows externally as long as our cleaners can reach them. Balcony windows will be cleaned from inside and outside.

  • Do you take a deposit?

    For smaller jobs, you don’t have to pay anything upfront. For some larger properties, 10% deposit is paid on the day of the booking.

  • Are you insured?

    We have full public liability insurance up to £1,000,000 and employers liability insurance specifically designed for a cleaning services company.
