Clean&Clean supplies everything needed for the required cleaning service free of charge. We’ll not try to charge you any additional fees for cleaning materials and equipment.
Please note that a surcharge of £10 is applicable for appointments booked on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Clean&Clean would not charge you VAT. Thus, the price you are quoted is the price you would pay for the service. No additional fees or hidden costs.
Clean&Clean will clean your oven inside and out as part of our End of tenancy Cleaning Service. Further, we’ll clean all other cleaning appliances free of charge.
Clean&Clean will clean your oven inside and out as part of our End of tenancy Cleaning Service. Further, we’ll clean all other cleaning appliances free of charge.
For smaller jobs, you don’t have to pay anything upfront. For some larger properties, 10% deposit may be required to be paid on the day.
We have full public liability insurance up to £1,000,000 and employers liability insurance specifically designed for a cleaning services company.
The freezer has to be defrosted by the client to ensure that our cleaners can clean the unit inside and out.
Please note that due to the nature of our works, we don’t provide refunds but free re-clean. Should there be any missed areas, you need to report it to us within 72h of completion so that we can arrange a free re-clean service.
We don’t clean walls as when treated the paint can be damaged. Further, it is not an end of tenancy cleaning requirement.
Should a re-clean is required we need up to 3 working days to arrange it. Please also note that a re-clean can only be arranged if nobody has entered the property after our initial visit such as handymen, electricians, plumbers etc.
